THE OIL PUMP
Drive the oil pump is driven directly from the hub HT with a chain of transmission. Drive
sprocket drive of the pump to put on wrench flats (bevel) HT hub rotates with speed engine

On the shaft of the pump driven sprocket is installed. Here vane-type pump is used, consis-
ting of rotor blades and housings. The rotor has radial slots, which are installed the pumps
vanes. When the rotor blade can slide freely in its slot. As the rotor rotates the oil from the
suction-equation describing line moves in a circle in the direction of forcing highway. The axis
of rotation of the rotor and the axis of the cylinder body are separated to change the pump
capacity. The size of the pump chamber when the rotor is reduced as we approach to pumping
line, squeezing the oil.
On the pump housing is installed a safety valve against excessive pressure. In the case
when the pressure exceeds 60 kg/cm², the pressure force acting on the valve, it compresses
the spring, and the valve opens the oil drain into the tray.
